About Ordering

How do I cancel the cake I ordered?

for us to cancel and refund your cake. Though we'd appreciate minimum 24 hours notice, we understand that things may come up suddenly, so please feel free to reach out as soon as you can.

Do you make gluten free cakes?

Unfortunately we cannot replicate the same taste and texture with our gluten free recipe. Currently only our cheesecakes are GF.

Can I customise or modify the cake?

We are currently not accepting any custom cake orders and any modifications to menu items will depend on the kitchen's availability.

About Delivery

Our standard delivery window is:

10am - 3pm Tuesday to Sunday

so expect your cake to arrive within this timeframe on the day of delivery (give or take 30 minutes). We will also be sending you via text the day before delivery before 9pm with a tracking link and 30 min delivery window.

What happens if I'm not home during the allocated 30 minute delivery window?

What happens if I need the cake by noon?

We have a 24 hour cake guarantee* if you store the cake in it's original box and in the fridge overnight, that the cake will look and taste 100% as good, so consider having it delivered the day before or arrange to pick up in the morning.

*Does not apply to any cakes using fresh fruit as a main ingredient

Can I specify a delivery timeframe?

We can only accommodate specific delivery timings for catering or large functions requiring multiple cakes (fees may be applicable). 

What if I need to change the address?

Reach out via email and we will be able to change the delivery address for you without any issues before 6pm the day before delivery

About Cancellations & Refund

1. Cancellations
We understand plans can change, and we aim to accommodate cancellation requests where possible. Please note the following:

How to Cancel: To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible by emailing

Include your order number and reason for cancellation.
Cancellation Window:
Standard Orders: We prefer at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. However, we will consider cancellations with less notice on a case-by-case basis, especially for sudden changes (e.g., emergencies).
Catering or Large Orders: Orders for multiple cakes or catering require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellation due to preparation requirements.
Processing Cancellations: Once we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm via email within 24 hours. If the order has not been prepared, we will cancel it and process any applicable refund (see Section 2). If preparation has begun, we may offer a partial refund or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Eligible Refund Scenarios
Change of Mind: Refunds are not available for change-of-mind cancellations after the cake has been prepared, as our cakes are made fresh to order. However, we may offer store credit at our discretion.
Customer Errors: Refunds are not available if the issue arises from incorrect information provided by you (e.g., wrong delivery address) or failure to be available during the delivery window. We will work with you to resolve such issues (e.g., arranging redelivery for a fee).
Taste Preferences: As taste is subjective, refunds are not offered for disliking a cake’s flavor unless it is faulty or not as described.
Fresh Fruit Cakes: Cakes with fresh fruit (e.g., Mango Cream Cake) must be consumed on the day of delivery/pickup. Refunds are not available for spoilage if stored improperly or consumed after this period.

Storage&Serving Tips

Keep refrigerated (0-4°C) immediately upon receipt for at least 30 mins. Avoid freezing.

Take the cake out from the fridge before serving. Best serving temp: (10°C - 12°C).

Use a stainless steel knife for clean slices. Fork into every layer to savour the full experience.

Best consumed within 1 day.

Shipping Tips

Due to their temperature sensitivity, we recommend transporting our cakes only by car. Ensure the cake is placed on a level surface at all times and keep the AC on high and avoid sun exposure.

For journeys longer than 1 hour, use a cooler bag and ice packs to preserve freshness.

Note: We do not provide cooler bags with orders, but we deliver our cakes using cooler bags to ensure optimal quality.
